Returns - Cancellations

You have the right, if you have registered your order and it has not yet been dispatched, to cancel it for any reason by sending an email to our email address, by sending a message through the contact form or by phone.

Additionally, you have the right to return the products you have purchased and request their replacement or refund, which is done by crediting your bank account that you will indicate with an IBAN number. In this case, if there are any transfer costs, you will be charged.

Once we receive the returned product and find that it is in its original condition, we will refund or replace it within 5 working days. The refund is for the value of the goods and not the shipping or COD.

Return of Non Defective Products

You can return it within 14 days from the day of receipt for a change for any reason you are not satisfied with your product. If the return is not made within 14 days then our store may not accept any return for replacement or cancellation of the transaction.
The date of dispatch of the returned product is considered to be the date indicated by the courier on the receipt, for the purpose of checking for timeliness. In any case, the returned products must be in the condition received by the customer and without damage.

The return costs are borne by the sender (Exercise of the Right of Assignment Law 2251/1994 Article 3i Par.1).

The return and replacement of a product is possible under the following conditions:

  • contact us by phone or send an e-mail to info@figurawear.gr stating the reason for the refund
  • the return must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order
  • the product must be in its original condition

If the product does not meet the aforementioned conditions, it will be returned to the sender.

Return of Defective Products

In cases in which products are defective, products that were damaged in transit or due to an error caused during the receipt of the order, invoicing, shipping, etc. were sold through the proven fault of our store, we assume full responsibility for the replacement, the cost of return and the costs of reshipment.

In cases of limited stock or if the product is not produced any more, the product can not be replaced, a refund will be made according to the terms applicable to refunds.
After 14 days from the date indicated on the product receipt document, you fully accept the quality, quantity and price of the goods received and refunds or exchanges with different products will not be accepted.
